We operate in two facilities that include a machine area, tool room, and inventory space.
Machines
We have four injection molding machines: two with 110 tons of clamping force and two with 140 tons.
Clean Room
We have a clean room facility for production and assembly to ensure high-quality results.
Tool Room
Our tool room is equipped with CNC Wire-Cut and Vertical Machining Centers for precision work.
Materials
We can work with over 30 types of filled and unfilled materials, including engineering plastics (like Acetal, Nylon, TPE, PC, PVC, and ABS) and commodity plastics (like Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and Polystyrene).
